प्रवेश हेतु दिशा निर्देश

नवीन शिक्षा नीति के तहत, महाविद्यालय के विभिन्न प्रथम वर्ष के पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा निर्धारित नई प्रक्रिया के अनुसार होगा।

  • प्रवेश के इच्छुक विद्यार्थियों को सबसे पहले विश्वविद्यालय की वेबसाइट https://www.abc.gov.in/ पर अपना मोबाइल नंबर और आधार नंबर दर्ज करके पंजीकरण करना अनिवार्य है।
  • पंजीकरण संख्या प्राप्त होने के बाद, विद्यार्थी महाविद्यालय के प्रवेश काउंटर से आवेदन पत्र और विवरणिका प्राप्त करेंगे।
  • प्राप्त आवेदन पत्र को पूर्ण रूप से भरकर आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ों (हाईस्कूल अंकपत्र, इंटरमीडिएट अंकपत्र, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, आय प्रमाण पत्र, निवास प्रमाण पत्र, फोटो, आधार कार्ड, स्थानांतरण प्रमाण पत्र आदि) के साथ संलग्न करके प्रवेश समिति के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
  • प्रवेश समिति द्वारा अनुमोदन के पश्चात, विद्यार्थी शुल्क काउंटर पर पाठ्यक्रम की पूरी फीस जमा करके अपना प्रवेश निश्चित करेंगे।
  • प्रवेश के संबंध में प्रवेश समिति का निर्णय अंतिम माना जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त, विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी किए गए नियम भी प्रवेश प्रक्रिया पर लागू होंगे।

सामान्य दिशा निर्देश

  • सभी विद्यार्थियों को सत्र-परीक्षा से पहले महाविद्यालय का पूरा शुल्क जमा करना होगा।
  • शुल्क जमा करने के बाद कार्यालय से कंप्यूटर द्वारा जनरेटेड रसीद अवश्य प्राप्त करें।
  • निर्धारित समय पर शुल्क जमा न करने पर विलंब शुल्क लगाया जा सकता है।
  • एक बार शुल्क जमा करने के बाद, वह वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
  • सभी विद्यार्थियों को महाविद्यालय के संकायाध्यक्ष द्वारा निर्धारित गणवेश (यूनिफॉर्म) और परिचय पत्र (आईडी कार्ड) के साथ महाविद्यालय आना होगा।
  • पाठ्यक्रम की सैद्धांतिक और प्रायोगिक कक्षाओं में 80% उपस्थिति अनिवार्य है।
  • प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी को प्रत्येक सेमेस्टर में होने वाली तीन स्तरीय परीक्षाओं में अनिवार्य रूप से भाग लेना होगा, अन्यथा उन्हें सेमेस्टर परीक्षा में बैठने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी

 

 

Admission Guidelines

  • Under the New Education Policy, admissions to the first year of various courses at the college will follow a new system established by the university.
  • Students interested in admission must first register on the university's website https://www.abc.gov.in/ by entering their mobile number and Aadhaar number.
  • After obtaining the registration number, students will obtain the admission application form and prospectus from the college's admission counter, fill out the complete application form, and submit it to the admission committee along with the necessary documents (High School marksheet, Intermediate marksheet, caste certificate, income certificate, residence certificate, photograph, Aadhaar card, transfer certificate, etc.).
  • Following admission approval, students will secure their admission by paying the full course fee at the fee counter.
  • The decision of the admission committee regarding admissions will be final. Additionally, rules issued by the university from time to time will also be applicable for admissions.

General Guidelines

  • All students must deposit all college fees before the semester examinations.
  • After depositing the fees, students must obtain a computer-generated receipt from the office.
  • Late fees may be charged for non-payment of fees on time.
  • Fees will not be refunded once deposited.
  • Students must come to the college in the uniform and with the identity card prescribed by the Dean of the respective faculty.
  • 80% attendance is mandatory in both theoretical and practical classes of the courses.
  • Every student must compulsorily participate in the three-tier examinations held in each semester; otherwise, the student will be debarred from the semester examination.
